Are Allied Electric vehicles more expensive to run?

No - in using Allied Electric vehicles it's not just the environment that stands to benefit. Electric power is up to seven times cheaper per mile than the equivalent diesel vehicle. The vehicles are also not subject to road tax and, where applicable, are exempt from congestion charges. Costs are also lower for regular servicing and maintenance compared with conventional vehicles.
