Am I entitled to breakdown assistance for my Allied Electric vehicle?

Yes. Allied Electric vehicles are covered by 1 year AA roadside assistance for the base vehicle and 1 year Allied Electric roadside assistance for the battery and electric motor.

Where do I go to get my electric vehicle serviced and how often?

Maintenance requirements for Allied Electric vehicles are as per manufacturer's recommended service intervals. The base vehicle can be serviced at any VAT registered garage or approved workshop. Of course servicing is quicker and cheaper, because there is no engine maintenance involved. The electric motor and battery and zWeb™ management system require an annual health check, carried out by ZEV at your site.

Is my Allied Electric vehicle covered by warranty?

Yes. Allied Electric vehicles come with all the familiar reassurance of full manufacturer's warranty of 3 years or 60,000 miles on the base vehicle.

The electric motor, battery and zWeb™ management system are all covered by 3 years unlimited mileage warranty, provided by Allied Electric.
